How many attempts can I have at the exam?
There is no limit on the amount of attempts at an exam.
How computer literate do I need to be to take an online course?
Taking an online course is similar to reading a book. You can navigate though the chapters and pages in the same manner simply by clicking where you want to go. Instructions are provided throughout the course, and you can reach out for help via email, telephone or chat.
Is Access Instant?
Yes. Once you have completed the registration process you will receive an email immediately with your log in information. You may want to check your "junk folder" if you do not see it right away.
Can I do the course in more than one sitting?
Yes, absolutely. We encourage you to work at the course at your own pace. The system will remember where you left off and start you there the next time you log in.
Can I use different computers or tablets to access the course?
Yes, this is no problem. You can access your account 24/7 from any computer or tablet that has an Internet connection.
What do I do if my password doesn’t work?
- Make sure your Caps Lock button is off, passwords are case sensitive.
- If you have logged in before, you would have been asked to change your password. If you have forgotten your new password simply click on the "Forgot my Password?" link on the student log in page and your account info will be emailed to the email address you used when you first signed on.

How long do I have to finish the course(s) that I have enrolled in?
Your PASSWORD will not expire. Examinations must be scheduled within 8 weeks of your first log in.
Can I fail a course?
You can only fail if you do not complete the course.
